很多朋友都知道，在 Apple Store 零售店內，有一項叫「Genius Bar 天才吧」的服務。如果你對 Mac 或 iPod 有任何疑問，或者需要任何實際操作的技術支援，你將能夠在 Apple Store 零售店內的 Genius Bar 天才吧得到友好專業的建議。在所有 Apple Store 零售店裡的 Genius Bar 天才吧，Genius 天才將為你提供專業的技術服務。

可惜，香港沒有由 Apple 直接經營的 Apple Store 零售店，當然也找不到 Genius Bar 天才吧，更加沒有所謂的 Genius 天才。

由 2005 年開始，Mactivity 充當了本地 Genius Bar 的角色，為數以百計的 Apple 用戶解決了各類技術問題，也累積了相當豐富的經驗。如果你對 Mac 或 iPod 有任何疑問，歡迎上來 Mactivity 找我們協助。

Mac 友心聲
I just went to buy the Shield Kit for my MBP. To my surprise, we, Johnny and I, talked a long time about Mac and Windows. He was very kind and patient. I bought apple for its dedicated design, humanity and stability, but sometimes I can't go without Windows for some compatible reason, because I have been a windows user for more than 10 years. So I need Parallels Desktop to provide me with a faster and more efficient way to solve temporary needs than by boot camp without quit Tiger. But I have a little difficulty in the configuration of the Parallels' network. After I mentioned that Johnny explained carefully and not only finished the configuration, but also setup the shared folders which solves the data transfer between the two systems. Now I always ask Johnny questions online and always get the nice answers soon, I will say thanks to Johnny, he really improved me a lot.
